For the past 7 years, Rachelle Sereda has been successfully implementing outdoor recreation programs in the Sea To Sky corridor.

Whistler Outdoor Learning is a recreational program offering play-based exploration of the outdoors. The programs focus on building young learners imaginations, passions and problem solving skills through playing, hiking, climbing and exploring.

Rachelle, founder and head teacher is a registered BC teacher with over a decade of elementary teaching experience and five years of outdoor education experience in the Sea to Sky corridor.

why we're different:

We live in a mountain town, so learning about our environment and how to be safe in it is important. Beyond that, playing outside allows children to become more creative, more aware of who they are, and provides more opportunities to problem solve. Nature provides a wonderful playground and we are here to help children experience that.
